Certified Facilities

In addition to the Modular Media Vaults being Laboratory Tested, the Vault Chambers are “certified” by an independent company to assure that the vault integrity in each facility remains intact from the day it was installed to the current time.  Vault chambers are inspected for real time integrity, any problems discovered are corrected and the fire suppression system is inspected and tested.

Additionally, the environmental conditions within the vault are constantly monitored 24/7 by means of special online monitoring equipment that alerts the vault operators to any problems within the vault.  Any changes in temperature, humidity, moisture levels or alarm status communicate and alert via the internet and cell phone real time connection to the vault operator.  Fire suppression systems are inspected and tested annually.
