Certified Protection

The Secure Media Vault Associates have joined together to select superior technology for the security of our client's vital records in all their various formats.  We have selected the Firelock Class 125 secure media vaults due to their UL listing and label that certifies a specific level of protection.  Each and every vault chamber is magnetically shielded for an additional level of protection and the Avtech digital vault monitor is employed to verify to our clients the satisfaction of the recognized environmental storage conditions for media longevity.  In addition, the vaults are equipped with a UL listed clean agent fire suppression system that will extinguish a fire that might occur within the vault while providing an agent that is zero residue and will not affect the integrity of the media stored with the chamber.

Each vault undergoes an annual re-certification process to assure our clients that the vault, the environmental controls and fire suppression system maintain their integrity.

Independent Security Certification

A uniform platform will be provided at each site as required by the client base. An independent evaluation of the effectiveness of each site shall be conducted annually and a Certification issued to ensure clients of ongoing security, policies and performance
